Reliable sources tell QR that auto-dealer Sam Harless is set to announce this week for the Senate seat being vacated by Dan Patrick who has announced he is running for Lt. Governor. If Harless were to win, Patricia and Sam would be the first legislative husband and wife team in our memory.
