Senate votes out SB 2279

Carve out bill for Buffet auto operations clears committee

Senate Business and Commerce voted Senate Bill 2279 out of committee unanimously Thursday morning. The bill is related to "the ownership, control, or operation of a franchised or nonfranchised dealer or dealership by certain manufacturers."
