Montgomery County Judge Mark Keough to allow for opening of hair salons, restaurants at full capacity on Friday
In a Facebook video, Keough said that unless Gov. Abbott clarifies his actual executive orders, they are too vague for enforcement
Saying he has closely reviewed
Gov. Greg Abbott’s newest executive orders with legal counsel, Montgomery
County Judge Mark Keough on Tuesday said that on Friday he will allow
for hair salons and gyms to open as well as restaurants to operate at full capacity.
Keough, a GOP former Texas
House member, said that after trying to reconcile Abbott’s public comments
and the actual language of his orders, they simply do not match up. That’s why when the current “stay at home” order from the
governor expires Friday, it will be business as usual in the suburban Houston
county including The Woodlands.
