Sounds like Texas Senate will vote on rules tomorrow

What we think we know now: The Senate will caucus at 10am today, where the senators will talk through the rules and schedule. It's possible the rules discussion will start on the floor this afternoon and wrap up Wednesday. A better idea of the schedule coming after 10am Caucus
