Republicans ask Texas Supreme Court to remove about two dozen Libertarian candidates from November Ballot

Attorneys for GOP candidates argue Libertarians did not collect needed petition signatures or pay filing fees

Republicans wants the Texas Supreme Court to remove 23 Libertarian candidates from the ballot, including those in the races for Lt. Gov., 8 US House races, 7 Texas House races, 3 Texas Senate races, etc.
