TPPF Vice Chair Dunn and the Wilks Brothers unleash negative mail blitz against at least a dozen Texas House Republican incumbents

Mailers from the Defend Texas Liberty PAC run by former Rep. Jonathan Stickland attack members for House tradition of power sharing with Democrats

With just days to go until early voting opens in the Texas GOP Primary, longtime Empower Texans Chairman Tim Dunn and an allied organization funded largely by Dunn and the Wilks Brothers of Cisco are taking aim at about a dozen or more Texas House Republican incumbents.

Mail pieces blasting Calendars Committee Chairman Dustin Burrows, for example, ask why he’s “voting to give Democrats power.” The word “Democrats” is underlined in red to make them seem that much scarier.
